Return Policy
What is your return policy?
All items sold on our website have either a 30-day return policy or a 30-day replacement policy, depending on the product category. Please check the policy applicable to the product you wish to purchase before purchasing. You can make a return request for the item you wish to return in the "My Orders" section of the website.
What are the conditions of the return policy?
30-Day Return Policy:
Returns should be booked within 30 days from the date of delivery.
Items must be returned in good condition with the original packaging intact.
Once the item is received by the warehouse, a refund will be processed within 30 days of the warehouse receiving the product.
What are the conditions of the replacement policy?
30-Day Replacement Policy:
If the item received is damaged, defective or incorrect, this item can be replaced free of charge within 30 days of delivery. If we are unable to repair or replace the item satisfactorily, the defective/damaged item will be eligible for a refund.
Please send the item in its original condition with undamaged branded outer box, attached MRP label, user manual, warranty card and original accessories.
We may contact you to determine the damage or defect of the product before refunding/replacing.
Please note that any damage caused by use is not eligible.
Once the item is received by the warehouse, the refund will be processed within 7 days of the warehouse receiving the product.
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
Damage caused by misuse of the product.
Products with tampered or missing serial/UPC numbers
Any damage/defect not covered by the manufacturer's warranty.
Collateral damage caused by product failure.
Any product returned without all original packaging and accessories.
Any product returned in a different condition than when received.
How long does the refund process take?
Once the package is returned to us, the refund process may take up to 30-60 days. For all refunds, we will refund the payment method used at checkout. For cash on delivery refunds, we will refund the payment method you provided when making the return request.
Damaged items
If the item received is damaged, please send an email to [email protected] within 30 days of receiving your order, indicating your order number and name and a clear picture showing the damaged item. We will replace the ordered item at our expense.
